Our trainers come to you, whether it's at home, in your home gym, or at your home pool, making fitness accessible regardless of your schedule or location. Each session is private, ensuring a comfortable environment that promotes focus and progress.

Our goal is to make training convenient and effective, ensuring you achieve your fitness aspirations in a way that works best for you.

Personal Training Prices

Monthly Packages:

  • One hour a week: $320 (80/hr)

  • Two hours a week: $600 (75/hr)

  • Three hours a week: $840 (70/hr)

Personal Training:

  • $90/hour with no monthly commitment.

Competitive Swim Training

Kids Swim Lessons

We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn how to swim. Our swim lessons are specially designed for children aged 6 months and older, accommodating all ages and abilities, including those with disabilities.

We focus on tailored instruction that meets your child where they are. Through private and semi-private lessons, we ensure personalized attention to foster confidence and skill in the water. Our small group classes, capped at three students, create a nurturing environment that encourages social interaction while emphasizing individual progress.

Personal Training
